3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is made or verified for Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • You must provide accurate delivery details. Quickhut.lk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

  • We may cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on location.

  • Delivery charges apply unless stated otherwise.

  • Delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-Day Return Policy.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Certain items (personal care, consumables, clearance sales) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

  • Quickhut.lk is not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of our products.
